Aston Martin has announced that the DBX707, the most powerful version of its DBX SUV, has been named as the official FIA medical car for F1 2023.

Aston Martin is putting its money where its mouth is, by inviting Driving.co.uk to drive the tyres off a stock example of the DBX707 on track.
